From October 8 - 11 the first UMLAUT FESTIVAL took place in Berlin.

UMLAUT is a network of musicians from Sweden, France, Belgium and Germany built around a small independent label.
26 artists from six different countries came together to perform in different combinations on five nights in 3 different venues.

On December 13 the first of a series of concerts will take place at AT.18, working space of visual artist Dominique Piveteaud, as part of UMLAUTs activities in Berlin.

Umlaut Series starts 13.12.
Following the UMLAUT FESTIVAL (see pictures below) Umlaut Berlin will start a series of concerts at AT.18, working space of french artist Dominique Piveteaud. The event is going to take place more or less once per month and starts at 7:30 pm.
For the opening of the series two Berlin based projects are scheduled: 317 OST with Benjamin Weidekamp, Florian Bergmann, Michael Wilhelmi and Christian Marien and OBLIQ (Pierre Borel, Derek Shirley, Hannes Lingens) with Ignaz Schick on turntables as guest.
